“Respect the Hustle” was my phrase last year. Starting a business, it’s all about the hustle. Going into 2024 let’s keep that hustle going. “You can do hard things” is my phrase for 2024. I remember last year when we found out about my dad’s cancer and he was in the hospital after surgery, I wasn’t sure how I could handle it all. Dave said to me “Holly it’s going to get harder, and you can handle so much more.” At the time I was still processing everything that was going on, but as time went on, I replayed and replayed what Dave said to me, and he was right. Whatever it is you are going through you can handle the hard things.

I will be slowly adding a “F*ck Cancer” assortment of things. When we were at the last oncology appointment for my dad a gal sitting next to him had F*ck Cancer" on her shoes. I couldn’t help but smile and say YES!! I now have three very important people in my life who have cancer. It’s heartbreaking and hard but all we can do right now is take it day by day and say “F*ck Cancer.”
